From South of St. Pete--

Take 275 N and exit at 31st St. Go left. Follow 31st St. until you reach 5th Ave N (note that you will cross over 5th Ave S.). Go right. The church is on the right hand side just after 28th St. Click for map.

Take 275 S and exit at 5th Ave N. Go Right. It will be on your left just before 28th St. Click for map.
